You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account or request service. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity under your account.

All Things Home provides profiles, review verification, attribution, service-request routing, and marketplace records. We are not the contractor performing your project. Providers are independent and remain responsible for their licenses, insurance, permits, quotes, contracts, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, safety, and payment collection. You should independently evaluate a provider before hiring them.

When you submit a service request, you authorize All Things Home and one or two matched providers to contact you about that request using the details and communication preference you provide. Promotional email and text consent is optional and separate. Message and data rates may apply, and you may revoke promotional consent as described in our Privacy Policy.

Submit only content you have the right to share and that reflects your honest experience. Fraudulent, compensated, duplicate, abusive, unlawful, or misleading content is prohibited. You keep ownership of your content and give All Things Home a non-exclusive license to host, display, format, and moderate it for operating and promoting the platform. We may hold or remove content to protect users and platform integrity.

Rep and vendor accounts, public visibility, leads, attribution, commissions, referrals, and payouts are subject to eligibility rules, admin review, fraud controls, and any separate program agreement. Dashboard access does not guarantee public approval, lead volume, earnings, or continued participation.

The ATH Certified badge reflects the platform criteria in effect at that time. It is not a government license, background check, insurance verification, endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of future work. Always verify credentials and project requirements that matter to you.

Do not misuse the platform, impersonate another person, submit false information, interfere with security, scrape or copy the service at scale, send spam, violate another person's rights, or use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity. We may investigate violations and restrict or terminate access.

Providers set their own quotes, terms, and availability. Unless expressly stated in writing, All Things Home does not guarantee provider availability, project pricing, savings, quality, timing, permits, warranties, or results. Any service contract is between the homeowner and provider.

The All Things Home name, branding, software, page designs, and original platform content belong to All Things Home or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform or permit use of our branding without written approval.

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Things Home disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use, provider conduct, or home-service work. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

We may update features, eligibility rules, or these terms and may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse. Updated terms take effect when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent through our Contact page.
